About The Position

The Tax Administrator will assist with all tax reporting and compliance functions. This role involves maintaining all tax department files (electronic and hard copy) and providing support in the completion of various tax returns. Additionally, the administrator will offer general administrative and project support to the tax department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining department files and filing system, both electronic and hard copy
  • Assemble tax returns and perform administrative tasks associated with filing tax returns (e.g., copying/scanning, coordinating signatures, certified mail)
  • Maintain tax department’s due date database
  • Responsible for receiving, cataloging, and distributing mail to the tax team
  • Assist Senior Tax Director with managing tax department vendors including invoicing and budgeting
  • Assist in preparation of basic tax forms
  • Provide general administrative assistance to 6-person tax department
  • Coordinate ordering of office supplies
  • Create, edit, and format .pdf and DocuSign files
  • Perform other duties as assigned
