About The Position

OUCU Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant to support our tax team during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys administrative work with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office environment and providing customer service required.
  • Knowledge of tax services strongly preferred.
  • This is a full-time, seasonal position from mid-January to mid-April.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls and responds to emails from current and potential tax clients. Provides information on how to navigate the process of our tax services.
  • Creates and maintains workflows for clients who submit tax documents electronically. Ensures all documents are present.
  • Contacts clients to obtain any missing tax information or documents.
  • Manages electronic packaging queue to ensure completed returns are sent to tax clients to electronically sign.
  • Schedules appointments for tax staff and provides other administrative support as needed.
