About The Position

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Task and Onboarding Lead to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s enterprise data modernization and analytic transformation efforts. This role is embedded within a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment at USCG Headquarters in Washington DC. The lead will work closely with US Coast Guard customers, data scientists, product owners, researchers, and mission stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing staffing needs, defining customer requirements, handling internal and external roles, developing job listings, identifying skillset needs and training, and performing internal task lead duties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with senior Coast Guard leaders and mission partners.
• Handle all staffing responsibilities from start to finish for SAIC and our teammates.
• Maintain consistency with DHS/USCG style guidelines, accessibility standards, and the ODA communication strategy.
• Handle all required USCG paperwork, policies and standards for onboarding and continuous vetting of staff.
• Work closely with Program leaders, talent acquisition, program control and multiple internal teams for success of the program.
