About The Position

Our Taproom Operations Specialist performs various duties/tasks related to the Taproom’s Inventory and Draft Maintenance needs. Under the direction of the General Manager, they use inventory management systems to maintain beer, wine, liquor and hard goods inventory, oversee operational product receipts, and provide maintenance and cleaning of the Taproom and Private Event draft systems. The Taproom Operations Specialist works in tandem with the Taproom management team, to ensure product pars are met and communicating any inventory needs to maintain the guest experience.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
1-year experience in bar maintenance or a similar role.
Understands the basics of inventory management and works to receive items promptly.
Highly organized, timely, self-motivated, personable, and flexible with time.
Skilled with multiple tools and equipment needed to maintain a large draft system.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, sit for 2 hours

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of and troubleshooting skills regarding draft lines and equipment upkeep.
Lead process regarding inventory monitoring, ordering, receiving, and draft line/tap maintenance.
Weekly/monthly inventory counts, maintaining adequate material inventory, communicating short- and long-term maintenance needs to the Taproom Management.
Attend weekly Taproom Operations meetings.
Order taproom bar supplies, clean taproom draft and bar equipment, and perform general taproom maintenance.
Manage Encompass order fulfillment.
Any other tasks as assigned by Taproom Management.
