About The Position

The Tank Monitor Program Analyst plays a key role in managing and improving the tank monitor program across North America. This position partners closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate sensor data, functioning equipment performance, and scalable processes. The Analyst supports the full lifecycle of tank monitors, from setup and activation to troubleshooting, repair, redeployment, and decommissioning, while identifying opportunities to simplify the workflows and improve data integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, vocational, or business certification preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a related position, preferably logistics or service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience developing and maintaining (SOPs) and training documents
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or data-driven information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Experience working across multiple systems, including asset management, vendor portals, and financial systems.
  • Understanding of end-to-end asset lifecycle management, including setup, troubleshooting, warranty repair, redeployment, and disposal
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Willing to challenge existing processes and propose data-driven improvements
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequently changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate and build relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as part of a dispersed team

  • Previous experience with Cargas and Financial Systems (IFS) software is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and processing of tank sensor requests while driving improvements to reduce manual handling
  • Maintain accurate sensor and customer data across vendor platforms and internal systems, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Identifying and correcting data discrepancies
  • Support troubleshooting of non-functioning sensors, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze sensor performance, failure trends, and inventory data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain and analyze Tank Monitor Program dashboards to track performance, trends, and risks
  • Support and improve sensor return, warranty repair, and disposal process in collaboration with field operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve redeployment, warranty refurbishment, and decommissioning strategies to reduce capital spend and improve asset utilization
  • Communicate program updates, trends, and insights to operational teams
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, process improvement, and system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training material to drive consistency across the field
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
