About The Position

We are looking for a Program Monitor to join our inpatient treatment team for our South Broadway location. Provides medication administration to clients under the direction of the nursing staff. Provides supportive and functional care to clients with routine daily care in accordance with established care procedures as directed by nursing leadership. Works as a member of and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team with a focus on maintaining the client as the director of their care.

Requirements

• Computer skills sufficient to access email, internet, and to document in client’s medical record
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Good customer service skills
• CPR certification and first aid training
• Prior experience with direct care preferred-basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred, Level 1 Medication Certified with MO Dept of Health and Senior Services

Responsibilities

• Medication management, distribution, and documentation
• Completing client admissions and discharges by following belonging search procedures, administering urine drug screens, and documenting client information into electronic medical records.
• Frequently checking in with clients to ensure they are safe and following program guidelines
• Reporting client behavioral changes and concerns to the clinical team
