The team requires leadership and strong expertise to develop creator strategy for Smart Home and Health Tracker categories. Cross- product and priorities program and project management may be required. This role is based remotely in the United States.

  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience specifically in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or talent management.
  • Program Leadership: Proven experience designing, launching, and managing a large-scale creator strategy or program with high attention to detail..
  • Creator Expertise: Demonstrable experience with end-to-end paid influencer marketing, including strategy development, talent contracting, budget management, and campaign execution.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep familiarity with social media platform algorithms and creator monetization models (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professionalism with high-level executives and external partners.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the consumer electronics, mobile technology, or software/ecosystem space preferred.
  • Global Scope: Experience managing programs across multiple international markets preferred.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data to model ROI for loyalty programs and paid creator campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy: Contribute to a unified, data-driven paid influencer and creator strategy across the entire client portfolio, with an emphasis on Home and Health as categories.
  • Contracting: Manage the entire paid creator process from talent identification, vetting, and negotiation to contracting, brief creation, content review, and payment.
  • Cross-Product Leadership: Work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) across all brand products to integrate creator programs into major product launches and ongoing feature campaigns.
  • Compliance & Measurement: Ensure all paid creator activity adheres to client’s legal, brand, and disclosure guidelines. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for creator campaigns.
