The Talent Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR operations. This role partners closely with the Talent Management Partner to ensure a seamless employee experience from candidate attraction through onboarding and development. The specialist assists with full-cycle recruitment activities, coordinates onboarding processes, manages HR systems, supports training and development programs, and handles various HR operational tasks. They also represent the Bank in public relations and community activities.
