About The Position

Our mission is simple — deliver a different experience to homeowners and employees. With plans to go nationwide by 2030, we’re building a team of killers to help us get there. We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales) to own full-cycle recruiting for our most critical roles that include: Home Remodeling Experts (Outside Sales Reps) and Sales Leadership. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and driving candidates through the process while creating real buy-in and excitement around the opportunity.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing experience across multiple platforms
• Experience interviewing candidates virtually (Zoom)
• Proven ability to recruit for sales roles, ideally leadership as well
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can sell candidates on the opportunity
• High urgency, accountability, and ability to move fast
• “One Of Us” mentality - competitive, team-driven, and high standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home remodeling or in-home sales

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to final interview
• Source candidates across Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter
• Conduct first-round interviews via Zoom for sales reps and leadership roles
• Manage and move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently
• Reverse sell candidates and drive commitment to the role
• Partner with hiring managers to stay aligned on needs and expectations
• Keep ATS organized and up to date
