Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources or talent acquisition, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of work experience; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally to colleges, universities, and community sites.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, proof of auto insurance, and physical exam required upon job offer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ADP Workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify applicants to maintain staffing levels for assigned programs.
• Develop and sustain relationships with colleges, community groups, and other talent pipelines.
• Write compelling job ads and implement targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and data mining tools to uncover top talent.
• Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and assist with pre-employment paperwork.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and extend offers.
• Support onboarding and follow up with new hires to promote retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate candidate records.
