About The Position

The Talent Sourcer proactively identifies and engages passive talent for technology, data center operations, and related roles, with occasional corporate searches. You will build pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates to recruiters to support client site activation strategies and proactively source hard-to-fill roles through candidate outreach and executing talent strategies. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to generate qualified candidates and improve speed of hire.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent research/sales lead generation).
  • Prior internet research/boolean skills and ability to find passive candidates.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience sourcing for data center or corporate roles.
  • Experience using sourcing and recruiting tools such as ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking system (ATS), boolean search, and other established and unique tools and sources.
  • Create targeted outreach campaigns to attract passive talent.
  • Build talent pools for priority roles and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver consistent pipelines of qualified candidates to recruiters.
  • Conduct initial outreach screens and evaluate baseline qualifications.
  • Maintain and report on sourcing activity: outreach volume, response rate, conversion to screen/interview.
  • Provide market insights: competitor mapping, location talent availability, compensation ranges (where appropriate).
  • Support DEI sourcing strategies by widening and diversifying talent channels such as Veterans, Military Spouses, and other targeted personas.
  • Document best practices and share sourcing playbooks with the team.
