  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS/CRM platforms to organize searches, track outreach, and report on progress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can quickly tailor outreach to different personas and clearly articulate CoreWeave’s mission and opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at once while keeping pipelines moving and data clean.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where processes are evolving and speed matters.

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Coordinators to ensure smooth handoffs, timely scheduling, and a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate you touch.
  • Use data to drive decisions , tracking response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, and sharing market feedback and competitive insights with Talent Acquisition and business partners.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS and sourcing tools , including structured notes, tags, and status updates, to enable reporting, compliance, and future re-engagement.
  • Contribute to sourcing best practices and playbooks , including messaging templates, talent maps, and calibration examples, and share learnings with the broader Talent team.
