Come Build With Us We’re looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer to help us build strong candidate pipelines across key roles. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can quickly ramp up on new searches. As a startup, we operate lean, which means we’re looking for someone who is scrappy, creative, and resourceful with sourcing tools. We don’t rely on expensive enterprise platforms, so success in this role requires strong research skills, creative outreach strategies, and the ability to uncover talent through nontraditional channels. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, partnering closely with our internal teams to strengthen top-of-funnel activity.
