About The Position

SonderMind is on a mission to change how the world accesses mental health care, and the people we hire to build our technology are central to delivering on that promise. As a contract Recruiting Sourcer focused on technical talent, you will own the top of the funnel for our most complex and competitive searches, engineering, data, and product, where finding the right person requires creativity, persistence, and real sourcing craft. This is a part-time contract role built for someone who has done this work at a high level. You know how to navigate the tools, write the message that actually lands, and go find the person nobody else is finding. You will work closely with our Technical Recruiter and Manager of Talent to develop search strategies and build pipelines that move. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience with a strong track record on technical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; experience working within Ashby or a similar ATS
  • A reputation for outreach that actually works, you know how to write a message that earns a response from someone who wasn't looking
  • Deep curiosity about what makes a great technical candidate, and the ability to translate that into a sharp search strategy
  • Highly self-directed, you manage your own workflow, communicate proactively, and don't need to be chased
  • Genuine alignment with SonderMind's mission; candidates can feel it when you represent us

Responsibilities

  • Own sourcing for technical and hard-to-fill roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Staff-level engineering talent
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Boolean search, GitHub, and other tools to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Craft targeted, personalized outreach messaging that resonates with top technical talent and drives response
  • Build and maintain healthy, diverse pipelines that keep searches moving and give hiring managers real options
  • Partner with our Technical Recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and what separates a good fit from a great one
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate records in Ashby so the team always has visibility into pipeline health
  • Share market intelligence and sourcing insights to help shape our broader talent strategy
  • Other sourcing support and ad-hoc projects from time to time based on team needs
