This role bridges Talent Strategy and People Technology, ensuring that organizational talent philosophies, frameworks, and programs are effectively translated into scalable HR systems. You will design and optimize digital experiences that support performance management, learning, talent development, and employee growth across the enterprise. Acting as a product leader, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system requirements, prioritize features, and drive adoption of talent solutions. The position requires a focus on user experience, analytical decision-making, and change management, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent systems, continuously improving usability and alignment with strategic talent goals. This is a remote-friendly role offering the opportunity to impact employee experiences and business outcomes on a global scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or product management roles.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, roadmap development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Advanced expertise with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) across Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning modules.
  • Hands-on experience with talent processes, including goal-setting frameworks, competency models, talent assessment, and skills-based approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills across technical and non-technical teams at all levels.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of HR systems and processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Talent & Performance Management, Workday, Change Management, or Project Management are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Management, L&D, Performance, and Compensation teams to translate talent philosophies, competency models, and development pathways into system requirements and design.
  • Collaborate with People Technology and HR teams to define functional and technical specifications for HR systems (e.g., Workday, learning systems, performance platforms).
  • Act as the voice of employees and HR practitioners to ensure intuitive, user-friendly solutions aligned with organizational values.
  • Lead product design, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, feature delivery, and adoption initiatives for talent systems.
  • Apply user research and analytics to continuously improve system usability and employee experience.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and process optimization during new system implementations.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends and recommend solutions to enhance talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
