Our work focuses on building readiness, accelerating growth, and strengthening leadership capability at every level of the organization We operate as an integrated talent system, partnering closely with field leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure development is practical, inclusive, and aligned to business priorities. Your Role as a Manager, Talent The Manager, Talent is responsible for owning and governing the portfolio of talent development experiences that support leadership growth across the North American organization. This role ensures development efforts are aligned, equitable, scalable, and clearly connected across roles and career stages. The Talent Manager partners closely with the Director, Talent to turn talent strategy into a clear, connected development approach, and works in collaboration with Talent Specialists who design and deliver programs. This role focuses on clarity, consistency, and outcomes.
