About The Position

Talent Producer FitXR is building the future of fitness. We make fun, immersive workouts in virtual and mixed reality and we’re building for the misfits - people who’ve never felt at home in traditional fitness spaces but who want to move, feel good and belong. Our coaches are at the heart of that mission. They bring incredible energy, warmth and personality to our workouts and Fitizens love them for it. Your job? Help great fitness coaching become even more unforgettable. Empower our coaches and bring the very best scripts and voiceovers to life. This is a part-time (24hrs / week) and permanent position.

Requirements

You’re a fitness fanatic obsessed with making movement fun and genuinely inclusive
You’ve worked with talent, performers or creators + you know how to bring out their best
You’ve developed strong editorial / creative taste and can articulate why something works
You’re organised, dependable and calm under pressure
You’re proactive - you spot blockers early and keep things moving
You care deeply about the impact great coaches can have on someone’s fitness journey

Responsibilities

Keep production flowing
Own timelines, handovers and reviews with calm, clean execution
Reduce amends, avoid last-minute scrambles and keep workflows tight
Solve blockers and keep momentum high across teams
Shape the future of FitXR’s coaching voice
Help define what exceptional coaching sounds like for our fitness misfits
Collaborate with Product, Brand and Content to make every class feel extra motivating and connected
Support coaches to shine even brighter
Run smooth, well-structured VO sessions with positive, constructive direction
Support coaches to sound like their best, authentic selves
Build trust & partnership
Form strong, supportive relationships with coaches from day one
Give feedback that’s honest, respectful and actionable
Become a high-impact partner to the wider Fitness Content team
