As a Talent Performance Coaching Manager Senior within PNC's Talent & Learning Development organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA ; Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Downers Grove/Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; OR Houston, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. Job duties include, but are not limited to; Responsibilities include overseeing escalations, monitoring and analyzing case data, coaching and shadowing team members, and collaborating with partners to share metrics and enhance performance. Serve as a change agent by using data-driven insights to drive process improvements and support organizational transformation. Seeking candidates with proven management skills, strong employee relations knowledge, and the ability to quickly understand business operations. Job Description Manages the day-to-day activities and strategic support of employee relations programs for an organization. Designing, planning, and implementing the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures; ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations. Managing employee relations specialists and assisting the director in developing and overseeing organizational employee relations strategies, processes, and practices. Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment. Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Proven management skills
  • Strong employee relations knowledge
  • Ability to quickly understand business operations
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
