Ocean Infinity is seeking a Talent Partner to deliver critical hires and support key people operations initiatives, helping the business scale and accelerate impact. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers—including senior leaders - and functional leads to run effective hiring processes and ensure new joiners are set up for success from day one.

Requirements

  • Experienced in recruiting within fast-paced, scaling, or start-up environments.
  • Skilled at sourcing for specialist and niche roles across diverse geographies, comfortable using a range of channels and tools to find talent.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions where needed.
  • Confident managing competing priorities and balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Data-minded, using metrics to inform decisions, spot trends, and drive improvements.
  • An excellent communicator, able to represent Ocean Infinity compellingly to candidates and keep stakeholders informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Committed to delivering a positive experience for hiring teams, candidates and new hires alike, recognising that recruitment is two-way process, and every interaction reflects our standards, values, and the reality of working here.
  • Familiar with basic HR operations, including probation tracking, goal setting, and compliance with local employment laws.
  • A team player who collaborates well with HR colleagues and contributes to broader people team initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Working as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and aligned to the Ocean Infinity Solutions part of Ocean Infinity
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across international locations, delivering key hires in line with our strategic workforce plan.
  • Partner with hiring managers to run structured, competency-based hiring processes that ensure quality and consistency.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and external platforms to stay ahead of hiring demand.
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain warm relationships with high calibre talent for future opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence to hiring managers, including insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking.
  • Manage the offer process end-to-end, including benchmarking, preparing offers, leading negotiations, and closing candidates.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners where needed, ensuring they deliver to agreed standards and timelines.
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, using data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate new hire pre-boarding activities, partnering with centralised HR admin teams and hiring managers to ensure new hires have everything in place before day one.
  • Support the delivery of a structured onboarding experience, providing new joiners with clear priorities and success measures through probation.
  • Enable managers to take ownership of integration and early development, providing guidance and tools to support new hire success.
  • Identify gaps or pain points in the onboarding journey and recommend practical improvements to leadership.
