What are we looking for? We’re seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This role will focus primarily on hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the US, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a startup / high-tech environment – must
• Proven experience hiring GTM roles in the US market – must
• Strong sourcing capabilities and pipeline-building expertise
• Experience conducting structured behavioral interviews
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, primarily in the US market
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
• Conduct in-depth HR and behavioral interviews
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on hiring plans, and deliver results
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes
• Contribute to scaling and optimizing Apono’s global talent acquisition practices
