We offer ready-to-launch financial services - like banking and capital - and serve millions of end-users across ~100 customers, including Wix, Honeybook, Relay, and more. THE ROLE We are seeking a Talent Partner to join our Global People team at one of the most pivotal moments in Unit's history. You will be instrumental in scaling our team in NYC and driving our growth trajectory by attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This role involves hiring for business-critical positions that require strong stakeholder partnership, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the talent market. It's an opportunity to apply cutting-edge, creative, and data-driven methods to build the foundational talent engine for one of the leading companies in embedded finance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, with at least two years in a high-growth, high-tech environment.
  • Experience recruiting for business-facing, go-to-market, or other non-technical roles.
  • Proficient with AI and demonstrated ability to implement AI processes in hiring to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional Sourcing Skills with a proven track record of finding and engaging high-quality candidates through strategic outbound channels.
  • Versatile and Creative Operator who is intuitive and capable of implementing creative strategies to promote the hiring needs of the company.
  • Collaborative Leader at Heart who can work effectively with hiring managers to drive collective success.
  • Independent and Full Ownership. You thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of your domain, and don't wait for permission to make things happen.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can turn abstract role requirements into clear, compelling narratives. You can create, compile, and personalize outreach messages to passive candidates.
  • Experience working with an ATS to manage and optimize the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Own and Scale the Full Recruiting Cycle. Take full ownership of the hiring pipeline from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing. Implement and manage the process with independence,
  • Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Act as a true hiring advisor - bringing market insights, process improvements, and innovation to everything you do.
  • Design and Execute Strategic Sourcing Initiatives. Develop structured and creative outbound sourcing motions to generate a meaningful pipeline of high-intent candidates. Using various innovative channels to map the market and search for potential candidates, while building talent pipelines according to the hiring needs and position requirements
  • Lead Talent Marketing and Promotion. Apply versatile and intuitive methods to creatively promote the Unit employer brand and specific roles, attracting diverse, top talent while working with the team
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership. Operate as a leader and trusted partner to hiring managers across the organization. Work collaboratively to define Ideal Candidate Profiles, refine messaging, and ensure alignment on hiring prioritization.
  • Apply Analytical Rigor to the Hiring Funnel. Instrument and analyze the performance of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Leverage Technology for Operational Excellence. Implement AI processes in hiring.
