THE ROLE We are seeking a Talent Partner to join our Global People team at one of the most pivotal moments in Unit's history. You will be instrumental in scaling our team in NYC and driving our growth trajectory by attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This role involves hiring for business-critical positions that require strong stakeholder partnership, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the talent market.
