As a Talent Partner (G&A/GTM Recruiting), you’ll play a critical role in helping us rapidly scale our Go-to-Market team during a pivotal growth moment. We’re a market-leading AI startup transforming personal injury law, giving people a fair chance when they’re most vulnerable. We have ambitious goals and an urgent need for exceptional talent to help us get there. In this contract role, you’ll run high-priority, full-cycle searches for G&A, sales, marketing, and customer success roles that directly impact revenue growth and customer retention. You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, navigating constant change and tight timelines. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and executives, bringing rigor, speed, and creativity to every search. You’ll thrive under pressure when stakes are high. This is a 3-month contract role with an immediate start. The role is fully remote or based in our SF office and offers a huge opportunity to make an outsized impact during a critical moment for EvenUp’s growth.
