Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in agency or fast paced in-house recruitment team
  • Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, market mapping skills and experience in effective outreach targeting passive candidates
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required: ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional IC-level GTM, Product and G&A talent
  • Experience quickly understanding new roles and working with managers on effectively establishing a scorecard
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable experience to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A function
  • Directly partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Source qualified candidates for assigned roles through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition process
  • Effectively evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine search strategy
  • Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand
