The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s talent development strategy. This role builds and maintains a scalable talent development framework that supports employee growth, strengthens leadership capabilities, and drives organizational performance. The Talent Development Manager leads succession planning, learning and development programs, train-the-trainer initiatives, and serves as the primary facilitator for in-house learning experiences. This role also oversees the performance management lifecycle, including mid-year and annual reviews, ensuring a consistent, equitable, and competency-aligned process.
