Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Talent Operations Specialist to join our Global Talent Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness of talent processes through robust data reporting, analytics, and actionable insights. You will act as a trusted partner within a global team, ensuring operational excellence and seamless coordination across leadership development programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or talent operations, with a strong focus on data reporting and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with the technical aptitude to maintain accurate data across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex information and summarize it into clear, engaging formats for diverse audiences.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage reporting solutions: Consolidate and validate talent data across multiple systems to maintain accuracy, while designing dashboards and scorecards that provide leaders with clear visibility into program performance.
  • Drive strategic insights: Collaborate with Talent Partners and global stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Ensure process excellence: Develop and document standardized reporting processes and leverage automation to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with data governance standards.
