We are looking for a Talent Ops & Programs Manager to own the systems, data, and processes that empower our recruiting team to move with speed and excellence. You will be the engine room of the Talent team. From optimizing our ATS and recruiting tech stack, to standing up interviewer training and ensure consistent hiring processes, driving weekly business reviews, and managing our recruiting coordination team — you will ensure our team is focused on one thing: closing top-tier talent for the business.
