Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with marketing and data-supported sourcing knowledge
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret recruitment trends and campaign performance
  • Understanding of data marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to build recruitment plans and execute employer branding initiatives
  • Experience selling opportunities and engaging candidates in a compelling way
  • Education or professional experience in marketing, data analytics, communications, or human resources
  • Experience using recruitment ATS systems and metrics-based reporting
  • Knowledge of employer branding, social recruiting, and recruitment content strategy
  • Must be authorized to work in The United States
  • Must speak, read and write English proficiently
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and work in an office environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage full-cycle recruitment strategies supported by data, analyze recruiting funnel performance, continuously optimize sourcing effectiveness, and drive smarter hiring decisions with measurable results.
  • Apply marketing principles to candidate attraction using digital platforms, social media, and talent databases; leverage ATS insights to forecast hiring needs and pipeline health; and create campaigns that generate consistent, trackable candidate flow.
  • Strengthen Vandalia Rental’s employer brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and value-based positioning; create candidate-facing content (job ads, recruitment campaigns, videos, and social messaging); design an authentic and engaging candidate experience; build and execute structured recruiting plans aligned to department needs, growth forecasts, and long-term workforce strategy through proactive pipeline development and partnerships.
