About The Position

The Talent & Recruiting Partner is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of talent management and recruiting processes across the organization. This role works closely with Talent Management, Recruiting, and HR partners to apply talent frameworks, advise on role design and hiring needs, and ensure talent programs are implemented consistently and effectively. This position balances hands-on execution with manager-facing partnership and is designed for someone who can own processes, influence stakeholders, and provide guidance, while escalating broader strategy decisions as needed. Position is on-site at our Bloomington, IL office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers or HR stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of talent management programs and job architecture frameworks.
  • Strong judgment and ability to balance consistency with business needs.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR & business leaders to understand role requirements, build job profiles, and develop tailored recruiting strategies that include hiring best practices, talent market insights, and workforce trends.
  • Guide managers on job requirements and ensure job descriptions align with approved job levels, titles, and job architecture standards.
  • Serve as a partner to hiring managers on full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake discussions, role scoping, and candidate evaluation.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing and bench-building for key job roles and hard to fill roles.
  • Management and oversight of third-party recruiting partners.
  • Provide data driven recommendations on recruiting performance, time to fill, and talent pipeline health, including talent initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruiting, etc...
  • Support change management efforts related to talent programs, systems, and process updates.
  • Partner with Global Recruiting and HR on the development of offers, ensuring alignment with role scope, leveling, and internal equity.
  • Ensure accuracy and governance of recruiting, job, title, and level data across ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Apply and reinforce job architecture standards for new roles, backfills, and role changes.
  • Promote consistency in job titles, leveling, and documentation across departments, escalating exceptions as appropriate.
