About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are looking to add to our Talent Operations Team with this Talent Marketing Analyst opportunity. This person will be responsible for designing, managing, analyzing, and presenting marketing campaigns surrounding Talent Acquisition needs across the business. They will need to be efficient at reporting the results of their marketing strategy by the number of views, clicks, applicants, etc. and ultimately the success of those applicants resulting in hires.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a digital marketing capacity.
  • 2+ years Microsoft suite experience, working with datasets in Excel.
  • 1+ years of presenting data to leadership.
  • 2+ years of designing with Adobe, Canva, Designer, etc.
  • Driven by metrics and results.
  • Proven experience meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Talent Operations teams to identify the needs of growth/awareness across departments and locations.
  • Design and publish marketing campaigns on multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, etc. to drive more applicants.
  • Establish a partnership with existing and future vendors to help with efficiency of our campaigns.
  • Pull reports from various platforms and create a custom view of the marketing results.
  • Work closely with our Sr. Data Analyst on the reports currently used to make decisions concerning Talent Acquisition efficiency and provide support wherever needed.
  • Increase our current online recognition/presence by getting more subscribers, followers, and views on our Metro & Midwest pages regarding Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with our Field Recruiting Team to design and create materials that can be used at career fairs, schools, etc. for branding to help them recruit in the field.
  • Post and manage job postings in high volume recruiting departments, then assessing and reporting on job posting statistics including but not limited to: CPAs, Applicant to Hire ratios, etc.
  • Become an expert with all of our systems to assist with any support tickets submitted by the team. (Monday.com, Lever, Indeed, etc.)
  • Provide support to onboarding processes when needed as a member of the Talent Operations team.
