As the Talent Management & Leadership Development Partner, you’ll drive innovative and agile solutions to enhance Riot’s talent management programs and processes aligned with Riot’s mission, vision, and strategic goals. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you’ll use your expertise in managing and executing on talent programs and processes to deliver a suite of Riot-wide global solutions. These include but are not limited to goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and feedback tools, among other opportunities for impact. This individual contributor role will coordinate complex workstreams across teams and stakeholders, and take a lead role in delivering core Talent People Processes. This role offers a highly collaborative, high-visibility opportunity to contribute to strategic, impactful talent initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
