The Talent, Learning and Culture Partner is part of the Emory Healthcare's System Talent, Learning & Culture team with direct deployment focus of our programs and initiatives for the hospitals, clinics and shared services teams. This role is responsible for deploying culture workshops, trainings and programs that better enable organizational retention and development across all 30,000 employees, with a focus on Leadership Development The role is a partner for content and strategic planning of local leadership retreats and large meetings for alignment and capability building of local leadership teams In addition, the role is a liaison for the COE Talent team to support talent initiatives, including but not limited to talent review and talent development programs, coordinate efforts for the Emory Healthcare employee survey and any on-demand capability building and development requests from our operations The role reports to the Vice President Talent, Learning and Culture with a matrix reporting relationship to the Vice Presidents Human Resources for their assigned groups The role is responsible for deploying learning, talent and employee experience initiatives inside Divisions, Functions and Service Lines, including supporting the various business leaders, physician leaders and HR business partners in their unique talent & learning agendas, leadership retreats and on-demand training delivery
