About The Position

PCI is seeking a Talent Experience Lead who is strategic, relationship-driven, and highly independent , with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences . This is an exciting opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and elevate PCI’s employer brand while partnering closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree or some formal post-secondary education in a business-related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in full lifecycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategy, and pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruiting and onboarding process including systems (ATS experience required; UKG preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end talent experience lifecycle from role creation and job posting through onboarding and day-one orientation while performing all duties with a high level of independence.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the People Operations Team to understand business needs and develop effective customized recruiting strategies.
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and create and post all job postings ensuring alignment with business needs, market data, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain internal and external talent networks, including relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities, and participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Source both passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job board advertising, internet searches, job fairs, alumni boards, and community outreach.
