Resend is growing fast, with over 1 million developers now using the platform. We're looking for a Talent Experience Engineer to help us source and hire bar-raising team members as we build Resend for scale. As our first dedicated recruiting hire, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, cultivate a standout talent brand and community, and create a positive, memorable candidate experience. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff, Founders, and team to continuously improve our talent strategy and efficiency.
