PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community. We are looking for a Talent Engagement & Recruiting Manager to own and improve the recruiting system—so we consistently attract, select, and hire people who align with our mission, values, and the realities of healthcare work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both designing the system and being in the work: partnering with leaders, recruiting hard-to-fill clinical roles, improving hiring quality, and shaping the candidate experience.
