As a Talent Enablement Senior Associate , you’ll play a lead role in designing and delivering Early Careers Talent programs while also contributing strategic insight through data, facilitation, and continuous improvement. You’ll help connect learning and talent practices to business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with thoughtful, driven teammates in People & Culture, as well as with leaders across every function of the business. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR talent enablement, learning and development, or a related discipline, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A focus on continuous improvement to evolve successful Early Career talent programs
  • Proficiency in AI and Alli to streamline workflows and embed a technology-forward mindset within the program and Early Careers team
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and resources effectively
  • A commitment to PMG and drive to deliver an exceptional onboarding and training experience for new hires in the GLP

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Early Careers talent programs that support learning, development, performance, and organizational growth.
  • Develop and apply meaningful metrics to assess the impact of Talent Enablement initiatives, helping to connect talent outcomes to broader business goals.
  • Facilitate engaging learning programs and track their effectiveness, ensuring each initiative supports the evolving needs of the organization and its people.
  • Offer thoughtful, strategic Talent Enablement guidance to employees, people leaders, and senior leadership - grounded in research, best practices, and a deep understanding of organizational needs.
  • Communicate talent-related changes and development strategies in ways that build understanding, foster buy-in, and support successful adoption across the organization.
  • Research and analyze talent trends, workforce challenges, and opportunities, bringing forward innovative, evidence-based Talent Enablement approaches.
  • Prepare thoughtful reports, business cases, and recommendations for leadership that guide the approval and advancement of development programs and initiatives.
  • Take a lead role in designing, planning, and delivering inclusive learning and development experiences - from foundational training to leadership development.
  • Create engaging and accessible training materials, programs, and courses that meet diverse learning needs and drive meaningful capability growth.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and identify skill gaps to help shape targeted development solutions that prepare employees for the future.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure learning and development efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and grounded in real business needs.
