Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Talent Development Systems Administrator to join our Human Resources team! Job Overview: The Talent Development Systems Administrator will enable enterprise-wide employee development by administering, optimizing and supporting Workday Talent modules and integrated learning technologies. This role focuses on system integrity, actionable insights, and digital innovation to drive strategic learning outcomes. The administrator will provide input on system strategy, support HR and business stakeholders, and apply emerging technologies such as AI. The 37.5-hour work week is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A hybrid schedule will be available once trained to work independently, with three days reporting to our Lincoln, RI office and two days working from home.
