The WSLCB Human Resources Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development & Recruitment Supervisor (HRC4) located in our Headquarters Office in Olympia, WA. This position reports to the HR Operations/Labor Relations Manager within the Human Resources Division. This position serves as the professional expert in training, employee development, and recruitment and selection to assure compliance with state and federal laws, to promote best human resource management practices, and provide exceptional recruitment and training programs for WSLCB's workforce. This position works closely with division directors, managers, supervisors, and employees to develop and implement complex recruiting strategies that have immediate and significant impact on WSLCB's ability to find, attract, and place the most qualified candidates. Additionally, this position designs employee development and training plans/programs that support the agency's strategic direction and goals. Activities will include curating, developing and delivering learning curriculum and content. This position supervises and directs the work of two agency recruiters (HRC3 and HRC2).
