SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Talent Development Partner who thrives on creating impactful learning experiences that drive results. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and peers to design and deliver engaging training solutions, from e-learning and simulations to instructor-led programs, that close performance gaps and support organizational growth. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, leverage emerging technologies including AI tools, and continuously evaluate and refine learning strategies to ensure effectiveness and scalability. This is a temporary, hourly, and non-exempt position that will report to our Talent Development Vice President.
