Requirements

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions independently
  • Adaptable mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating program effectiveness
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with learning technologies is preferred
  • Certifications in coaching or assessments highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable development programs for various levels of staff
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote skill application
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to deliver quality content
  • Oversee program logistics, communications, and evaluation for seamless execution
  • Support People cycles, including engagement surveys and performance management
  • Enhance people management practices through coaching and feedback
  • Analyze participation metrics to assess program impact and guide improvements
  • Recommend and execute strategies that align with business outcomes
