About The Position
As we continue our growth nationwide, we’re seeking a Talent Development Manager who is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and igniting leadership potential across our portfolio. This position is ideal for a dynamic L&D professional who thrives on the road, with frequent travel to hotels and restaurants across the country. You’ll work closely with local and corporate teams to facilitate and coach immersive learning experiences that elevate our people and culture. This role requires a home base in a major airport city, with 75–90% travel expected. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality operations or training, learning & development, or talent management in the hospitality industry.
- Engaging facilitator, a strategic thinker, and a compassionate coach.
- Thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments.

- Live near a major airport and are ready to hit the road.
