About The Position

As our Talent Development Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes maestro of all things learning and growth. From running our Learning Management System (LMS) like a pro to helping launch programs that fuel our people's potential, you'll be a key player in shaping the Burton employee experience. Think of yourself as the trail guide for our team's development journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • System Administrator experience with an LMS (Dayforce Learning is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills and a love for details.
  • Great communicator with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Passion for learning, growth, and creating outcomes for business operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points for demonstrated skills in instructional design, adult learning theory, and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support learning design and experiences across the company from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Manage logistics like a boss: scheduling, materials, invites, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Help bring our talent development strategy to life through varying levels of instructional design, learning governance, and program management
  • Build dashboards and reports that show what's working and where we can go bigger.
  • Create and deliver insights to help us evolve our programs and make smarter decisions.
  • Be the go-to for all learning-related questions and support.
  • Help promote our programs through creative internal comms and campaigns.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and help us keep things fun, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Continuously improve talent processes and programs to make it easy for employees to engage in development offerings.
  • Own the day-to-day magic of our LMS, uploading content, managing users, pulling reports, and making sure everything runs as smooth as silk.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep our learning library stocked and relevant.
  • Track engagement and help us turn data into action.
