This position is responsible for a diverse range of engagement and associate recognition program planning and execution. Support and lead enterprise level associate engagement needs including recognition, event planning, and operational program delivery. Position Location: This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the areas of associate engagement, event planning, community involvement, or similar required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a corporate (enterprise) setting desired.
  • Experience in delivery of person training sessions desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage Ameritas programs like Associate Engagement Survey, Recognition Events, while leading a variety of committees that support associate engagement.
  • Handle program logistics.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and manage budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within the designated area, ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Travel, Marketing) for coordination as needed.
  • Communicate and market new and existing engagement, recognition and learning programs to drive engagement and participation.
  • Promote LOMA and LIMRA learning programs internally within the enterprise to support professional development and industry certification.
  • Ensure visibility and accessibility of learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Deliver established training programs tailored to organizational and role-specific needs.
