PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Talent & Culture Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent & Culture team. This role assists with recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR data management, and employee engagement initiatives while gaining exposure to a strategic HR function within a professional services firm.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior administrative or internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Post positions to ADP and external job boards.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy.
  • Screen resumes for minimum qualifications and coordinate interviews.
  • Distribute and organize resource guides, interview templates & competency profiles for candidates and new hires
  • Manage candidate communications and scheduling.
  • Assist with summer internship program logistics.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
  • HR Operations & Onboarding Support:
  • Prepare and track new hire documentation and onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain digital personnel files and HR trackers.
  • Support benefits enrollment tracking and payroll reporting preparation.
  • Assist with audit preparation and file reviews.
  • Update onboarding and offboarding checklists.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference calls
  • Employee Engagement & Administrative Support:
  • Assist with engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Compile survey results and basic HR reports.
  • Support coordination of learning and development activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
