About The Position

Talent Consultants are responsible for leading and executing the enterprise and business line talent strategies by leveraging recruiting, talent, learning and development, retention, engagement and organizational development strategies. Consults with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, serves as talent coaches to senior leader, acts as a culture champion with a focus on inclusion, and aids the business through advanced people analytics. They will lead and influence using workforce data and predictive analytics for improved decision making that supports respective business metrics and objectives. Works closely with senior leadership to achieve the human capital strategy for assigned business(es). Depending on position level, may support small to large sized clients within a business line. The Talent Consultant will partner with Human Resource Centers of Excellence (COEs), Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute their charter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of human resources, business or managerial experience

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines/COEs and operational inner workings
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action
  • Ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business and financial acumen
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and presenting to senior leaders
