The consultant helps design innovative sourcing approaches, build robust talent pipelines, and lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization. Additionally, the position provides guidance on market trends and compensation, negotiates competitive offers, and champions best practices to attract and retain top talent. This role is based at Grainger’s Chicago office in the Merchandise Mart, with occasional travel to our Lake Forest headquarters as needed
