We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Talent Consultant, OPENLANE University with experience supporting enterprise learning programs and contributing to a corporate university model. You will be part of the Talent Development & Readiness team responsible for delivering scalable, high-impact learning experiences aligned to business and workforce priorities. You will be involved in learning program delivery, portfolio execution, and stakeholder partnership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in organizational development, leadership development, and learning program execution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, corporate universities and/or management consulting and leadership experience with multiple team members. You Are: Consultative. You build strong partnerships with leaders and peers, translating business needs into practical learning and development solutions. Execution-focused. You work independently on day-to-day responsibilities, managing assigned initiatives with limited supervision. Analytical.
