Position located in Raleigh Durham, NC (Hybrid)   Summary: The Talent Business Partner is a key member of the Talent & OD team responsible for providing strategic OD support to business units or departments within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with business leaders, HRBPs and other stakeholders to develop and implement Talent and OD strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, workforce planning, or performance systems within a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in HR analytics and the use of workforce data to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting change management initiatives.
  • Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, or related HR consulting.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of learning and OD strategies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), Ability to speak, read, & write proficiently in English. Must have effective phone and interpersonal communication skills. Must work well across departments and in a team environment. A broad knowledge of plasma industry practices is preferred. Ability to adapt and manage on-going changes. Ability to present information in front of groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to manage work to completion through others.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business unit's goals, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs and other stakeholders to align Talent & OD strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify structure, capability, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Design and support performance frameworks, workforce planning processes, and organizational design solutions.
  • Lead or support change management efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitates intact work group interventions based on principles of group dynamics and organizational development in order to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Use workforce analytics and dashboards to inform decisions and measure the impact of OD interventions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing OD insights and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs within the business unit and partner with the HR team to design and implement relevant programs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of their teams’ needs and advises the appropriate services, solutions and business objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
