About The Position

Roblox is building tools and a platform to empower its global community of developers and creators to bring immersive digital experiences to life, aiming to connect a billion people with optimism and civility. The company is seeking a Talent Business Partner to help build, scale, and influence its recruiting landscape. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on recruiting Business talent, including People, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Marketing/Communications, and more. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who leads by example, embraces change, and brings fresh ideas. This position will directly impact the company's growth and support its scaling efforts. This is a Temporary role for 6-12 months.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within Core Business groups (Marketing, Communications, Sales, Legal, People, Finance).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
  • Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
  • A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
  • A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Marketing, Communications, Sales, Legal, People, Finance, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.
  • Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.
  • Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
  • Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.
  • Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
  • Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
