At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Talent Business Partner for our ML/AI team you will help build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape. Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc)
• Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
• A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
• A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
• Curious, a self-starter

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring for critical technical roles across ML/AI, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.
• Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.
• Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
• Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.
• Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
• Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
