As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic, full lifecycle recruiter responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across a portfolio of issue advocacy, public policy, and civic engagement organizations within the Stand Together Community. In this role, you will function as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders—driving qualified applicant volume, unlocking creative talent alternatives, and delivering a high touch, candidate centric hiring experience. This position is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on outbound sourcing, consultative partnership, and hiring for complex, mission critical roles. Your recruiting portfolio will primarily support organizations such as Americans for Prosperity , yes. every kid ., and other Principle Based Management (PBM) organizations advancing impact through advocacy, policy, and civic engagement. This role can be performed remotely or from our Arlington, Virginia headquarters.
